Bobby & Julie have a Gorgeous Riverfront Resort Compound VACATION RENTAL.  See pictures below.  This is our family vacation compound that we own and manage by owner and rent on a nightly basis.  Home offers private boat ramp, dock, 2 massive waterfront decks over looking the river and more. Perfect for families and boaters as dock sits in deep calm water that is perfect for the kids to swim in as river creates a natural eddy right at our property. Spend hours of fun jumping off the dock and swimming here making memories of a lifetime.

This property is a total of 4 Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which includes a private 1 bedroom 1 bath guest home with it's own kitchenette.  The main home has a terrific front Great Room living area with incredible views of the river with the upper sun deck just outside the window. Gorgeous Castle Rock Views from the kitchen windows, a convenient breakfast bar, cathedral ceilings, large living area, flat screen TVs and more. The attached guest home is set up as a stylish studio apartment with large queen bed, leather sofa sleeper, full bath and well equipped kitchenette of its own.

 

Large Lower level deck has slate pool table, competition ping pong table tennis, relaxing sitting areas and of course direct access to dock and water and abundant shade during the hot months.The massive upper deck has a gourmet barbeque, abundant room for sun bathing and even more incredible views.

 

This property's location is in the most scenic section of the Parker Strip with incredible dramatic red rock views of the Castle Rock, Monkey Head peak and surrounding mountains that make you feel like you are vacationing in a setting similiar to Grand Canyon National Park.
